Brian Hastings under investigation

Brian Hastings, that followed the great victory against Isildur1 is currently under investigation as it has been announced that Hastings had shared hand history with cardrunners, Brian Townsend and Cole SOUTH in order to gain advantage over the Swedish player; his discussing is likely to cost him $4.2 million and it has put into question the validity of his victory.
Under the terms of use of Full Tilt Poker, “players may not use the hand histories from hands that have not been involved personally. The software was designed to collect information and hand histories from games in which the player himself does not participate is prohibited.”
The reaction of Full Tilt Poker after revelations of Hastings, was to block the FTP poker pro status of the famous player for a month. Before the ban of Hastings, Brian Townsend to the standard Cardrunners blog, rushed to defend his colleagues and published the following comment:
“I would like to clear up some classes on Brian Hastings, Cole SOUTH myself. The collusion is highly unlikely but was still only one man who fought and never was a ghost next to it ….
Hastings said, “I had about 20k hands playing with Isildur and received other 30k hands. Which contravenes the terms of Full Tilt Poker and because of this is to miss the pro status and be expelled for one month.”
And as this whole story unfolds, to the community of poker wondering what measures will be taken (if taken) in the Full Tilt Poker to compensate one of the most exciting players of high stakes set in recent times.
