The former Full Tilt Poker Pro which is currently playing under a sponsorship of rival US facing online poker room pokerstars.com has been denied her lawsuit against Full Tilt Poker for the third and final time. The popular beauty queen has been chasing a $40 million dollar lawsuit against Full Tilt since early 2009 after repetitively claiming that she had orally been promised a 1% share of the poker room’s profits in exchange for endorsing the online poker room as a member of the Full Tilt Poker Pro’s.
Gowen’s lawsuit amongst others was claiming breach of contract against Full Tilt Poker in terms of delivering the orally said agreement. The allegations between the company’s subsidiary and Glowen have been going back and forth as both parties have been suing each other since early last year. U.S District Court Judge has dismissed the case for a third and final time this week as Glowen seems to be incapable to present evidence regarding her claims; which places her incapable to be in a position to claim any compensation from the world second largest online poker room as she was never held responsible for the site’s losses prior to the popular online poker rooms becoming profitable.
