Full Tilt Poker Vs Clonie Gowen
Posted on January 18, 2010 by John Trevors for Luckyroom.com
Full Tilt Poker has been engaged in yet another case of litigation but this time the popular room is the one that would fight back. The popular online poker room is suing the player and former member of the Full Tilt Poker Pro’s Clonie Gowen. Full Tilt does not seek some kind of financial compensation, other than judicial and legal costs, but wants a formal statement from the popular player who has claimed that she holds 1% of the ownership of the company. For those not aware of the dispute between Full Tilt and Clonie Gowen; the latter has claimed that she has reached an oral agreement with the company under which she was entitled to 1% of the poker rooms profit; apparently Gowen supports the agreement was not completed as Full Tilt, failed to pay the agreed amount. The hearing will take place on February 1 and of course changes or updates will be posted.
