Inter, Milan and Juventus managed to add another 3 points; so in reality nothing changed on the standings of the Italian first division. Inter Milan managed to overcome the obstacle of Chievo with a 0-1 score with Balotelli to be the only goal scorer. Milan played a very good match against Genoa and the final 5-2 reflects the quality and quantity of ball possession for the whole match duration. Genoa scored first with Sculli as a response to Ronaldinho’s missed penalty. However, AC Milan manage to score five times in a row with Ronaldinho (pen.), Thiago, Borriello (2 goals) and Huntelaar.( The second goal of Genoa was scored by Suazo). Juventus manage to beat Parma on an away match with 2-1. Salihamidzic scored the first goal for Juventus but Parma managed to draw the match on the 25th minute with a goal by Nicola Amoroso. However, an own goal from Castellini gave Juventus the 2 winning points. Great performances from Fiorentina (away win against Siena with 5-1) and Lazio (home win against Livorno with 4-1). Note worthy* Important win for Napoli and Catania and Bari in contrast to Roma’s suicide against Cagliari with 2 goals on injury time ending the match to a draw.
