Texas Hold’em and other popular games built by Zynga most popular for Zynga Poker or Facebook Poker will soon be available on the Yahoo network! The two companies have reached an agreement which will integrate popular games Zynga (Texas Hold ‘Em, FarmVille and Mafia Wars) to the global network of Yahoo! The collaboration will be giving Zynga the opportunity to network more than 600 million people around the world and further enhance the offerings which are already focused on social gaming. The agreement comes shortly after the financial conflict between Facebook and Zynga which eventually resolved with a new five-year agreement between the two giants last week.
After the agreement with Yahoo; Zynga’s games are expected to launch on Yahoo network in the coming months. “Yahoo is focused in providing exciting experiences and social games are an integral part, “Says Hilary Schneider, vice president of Yahoo! America. “Zynga will bring an excellent social gaming experience on Yahoo. Yahoo, will continue its cooperation with other companies to bring innovation and experience of web users”. Mark Pinky, founder and CEO of Zynga said: With more than 35 million unique users participating in daily games, social games are evolving rapidly as a key source of fun in the world. Our partnership with Yahoo! Gives millions of new users the ability to connect with friends through the innovative games.”
